Extended Warranty Plan extends your product’s warranty coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. It covers electrical and mechanical defects and is valid for the period stated on the invoice, either 1 year or 2 years, starting from the expiry date of the manufacturer’s original warranty.
What is covered under Extended Warranty?
- Product repairs are carried out free of cost by authorized service centres to restore the product to its normal operating condition after an electrical or mechanical failure only.
- The benefits of this plan can be availed both within and outside the UAE.
- This Extended Warranty Program covers labour, parts, and associated charges, including transportation costs for repair and on-site re-installation of the appliance. Scaffolding charges, if required for installation, are excluded. Coverage is subject to the points listed under Exclusions.
