Free Shipping

All orders with a subtotal of AED 200 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard Shipping & Fees

  • Orders below AED 200 incur a flat shipping fee of AED 12.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day).
  • Delivery: Standard deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days from dispatch for most urban areas. Delivery to remote or off-island locations may take longer.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

We strive to meet the timelines above, but occasional delays may occur due to courier capacity, public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify it — in that case follow the returns instructions after delivery.
