Terms & Conditions for Assured Buyback Program

1. Program Eligibility:

  • The Assured Buyback program is applicable to HP products purchased between October 24th, 2024, and May 24th, 2025.
  • Customers can enroll in the program for a one-time fee based on the chosen subscription plan:
    • AED 125 for 12 months
    • AED 150 for 24 months
    • AED 175 for 36 months

2. Device Return Options:

  • Devices can be returned after 12, 24, or 36 months as per the subscription plan.
  • Returns must meet the grading criteria defined under Condition 1 (Grade A) or Condition 2 (Grade C).

3. Grading Criteria for Returns:

  • Condition 1 (Grade A):

    • No scratches on the screen.
    • 100% functional with the original charger.
    • Body may have up to 2 minor scratches but no dents.
    • All parts intact (e.g., back cover, SIM tray, buttons, keyboard).
    • No locks (device, SIM, or iCloud).
  • Condition 2 (Grade C):

    • Major scratches on the screen or body.
    • 100% functional with the original charger.
    • Dents or scratches on back housing are acceptable.
    • All parts intact (e.g., back cover, SIM tray, buttons, keyboard).
    • No locks (device, SIM, or iCloud).
  • Non-Acceptable Condition (Grade D):

    • LCD issues such as dots, lines, discoloration, screen burn, or touch not working.
    • Cracked or bent devices.
    • Non-functional components like Touch ID, Face ID, camera, keyboard, or trackpad.
    • Locked devices (SIM, iCloud, or system lock).
    • Missing parts (e.g., back cover, SIM tray, buttons).

4. Residual Value:

  • Residual value is calculated based on the device’s grading and return timeline.
  • Variations in grading may impact the residual value, which will be managed and billed accordingly.

5. Enrollment and Reporting:

  • Devices must be enrolled in the program within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Biweekly reporting of devices, including IMEI/serial numbers and enrollment details, is mandatory to maintain eligibility.

6. Return Process:

  • Devices must be returned through the designated Return Portal/App.
  • Customers must clear personal data from the device before returning.
  • A return receipt will be issued upon completion of the process.

7. Additional Benefits:

  • Customers may refresh their devices at 12, 24, or 36 months for a simple one-time fee, ensuring access to the latest technology.
