Order cut-off time:To take advantage of this service, simply place your order before 2PM, Monday to Saturday. However, please note that orders placed after 2PM or on Sundays will be delivered on the next working day.

Locations: Same day delivery is applicable only for Dubai and Sharjah.

Availability: Please keep in mind that same day delivery is subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, it may not qualify for same day delivery.

Exclusions:We regret to inform you that products delivered directly by our esteemed suppliers will not be eligible for the same day delivery experience.

Additional charges: Standard delivery charges will be applicable if any, ensuring you receive the best service at a reasonable cost.
