• Customers must visit an Ecity store in person to avail of the free phone personalization service.
• The customization service is limited to eligible phone models and subject to availability.
• Customers can claim a free gift during the promotional period. Gift availability is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Ecity reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
