Offer Price and Conditions

Ecity will pay the guaranteed price based on the conditions described below (additional details given at the end):

  • Condition 1: Product in optimal condition.
  • Condition 2: Product with some wear but fully functional.

If the product does not meet Condition 1 or Condition 2, the offer is not valid.

Eligibility Period for Returning the Product

The customer should return the product within 1 month of the subscription period's expiry.

Early Upgrade Option: Customers on 36-month and 24-month subscriptions can opt for an early upgrade within the specified period.

Note: Ecity will not accept product returns after the eligibility period.

Eligibility and Refund

Upon returning the product as specified, Ecity will issue a credit note for the guaranteed amount. This can be used to purchase any new Apple iPhone from Ecity. No cash refunds are allowed. The operating system of the original iPhone should not be rooted or modified.

Proof of Purchase

The customer must present the original invoice with serial number to avail the offer.

Proof of Replacement (If Applicable)

If the product was replaced by an Apple Authorized Service Provider under brand warranty, proof of replacement is required. The replacement product should match the original specifications.

Data Deletion

Before returning the product, the customer must:

  • Delete all personal data.
  • Deactivate iCloud account and other services.

Ecity is not responsible for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to delete data.

  • Body has 2 minor scratches, no dents
  • Battery health 90% or above (iOS only)
  • Fully functional – no issues with mic, speaker, or buttons
  • No device lock / SIM lock / iCloud
  • No missing parts (back cover, SIM tray, buttons)
  • Fully functional camera, Face ID, buttons, WiFi, SIM card, all sensors
Condition 2
  • Screen having scratches, original display
  • Major scratches / dents on back cover and housing
  • Battery health 80% or above (iOS only)
  • Fully functional – no issues with mic, speaker, or buttons
  • No device lock / SIM lock / iCloud
  • No missing parts (back cover, SIM tray, buttons)
  • Fully functional camera, Face ID, buttons, WiFi, SIM card, all sensors


Non-Acceptable Grading

  • Faulty device / dead unit (no power)
  • Broken screen, LCD dots/lines/discoloration
  • Cracked/broken camera, back cover, and housing
  • Face ID not working
  • SIM lock
